The delivery status of your order

You will receive a confirmation of your delivery from us via e-mail. In this e-mail you will find a link to the delivery portal. Here, you can track your order in real time.


  1. It can take up to 48 hours before your delivery status updates. This may be due to the fact that although we have created a delivery label and sent out your package, the carrier service may only scan the label once it arrives in the distribution centre.
  2. If the delivery status of your order does not change after 3 business days, please get in touch with us via e-mail at , quoting your order number. We will verify your delivery status with the carrier service.

If you have not received the shipping confirmation or have accidentally deleted it, you can also check the current shipment status of your order directly here.
All you need is your order number and your postcode or telephone number.
