Incorrect delivery

Please contact us and tell us your order number (you can find it on the top left of the enclosed invoice under "Reference").
Please let us know what was delivered incorrectly. We will then take care of a quick subsequent delivery.
At the same time you can send the wrong product back to us free of charge.

Please be sure to note on an enclosed letter that this is a mix-up / wrong delivery. This will help our colleagues in shipping to process your return faster.
