The delivery status of your order

Where can I find the delivery status of my order?

Answer

You will receive a confirmation of your delivery from us via e-mail. In this e-mail you will find a link to the DHL delivery portal. Here, you can track your order in real time.

IMPORTANT:

1. It can take up to 24 hours before your delivery status updates. This may be due to the fact that although we have created a delivery label and sent out your package, DHL may only scan the label once it arrives in the distribution centre.
2. Your order is only sent out after completion of the payment procedure. With payments made via bank transfer, this can take 1-3 days.
3. If the delivery status of your order does not change after 3 working days, please get in touch with us via e-mail at support@t1tan.eu , quoting your order number. We will verify your delivery status with DHL.
