Immediately after completing your order, you will receive an email from us with the order confirmation. If you have not received it, this may be due to the following reasons:
- The e-mail will be sent out within 60 minutes after your order has been placed. If you still have not received your receipt after 60 minutes, it may simply take a few minutes longer.
- Sometimes e-mails can end up in your spam folder. Please check this, just in case.
- There may have been an error in the email address provided and the email could not be delivered.
