Order confirmation

Immediately after completing your order, you will receive an email from us with the order confirmation. If you have not received it, this may be due to the following reasons:

  1. The e-mail will be sent out within 60 minutes after your order has been placed. If you still have not received your receipt after 60 minutes, it may simply take a few minutes longer.
  2. Sometimes e-mails can end up in your spam folder. Please check this, just in case.
  3. There may have been an error in the email address provided and the email could not be delivered.
