Returns procedure

If your product fulfills the conditions for a return, please follow the instructions below:

1. Create a returns label and attach this to your package (alternatively mobile return)
2. Send your safely packaged product(s) back to us
3. We will verify and process your return (this can take up to 10 working days)
4. As soon as your return has been completely processed, we will reimburse you for the value of the good(s) returned, using the same payment method that you originally used to pay for your order.

IMPORTANT: no exchange possible

We do not offer direct exchanges for products, so if you would like to have a different model or different size, please place a new order in our online shop. This is the fastest and easiest way for you to receive your desired products.
