Returns procedure

Free returns are generally only available from Australia.

If your product fulfills the conditions for a return, please follow the instructions below:

1. Send a return request to support@t1tan.com, specifying your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with a returns label.
2. Attach it to the original packaging, which must be perfectly sealed.
3. Then drop your parcel off at the dispatch office.
4. We will check and process your return (within a maximum of 10 open days from receipt of the products)
5. Once your return has been successfully checked, we will refund you using the payment method you chose when you placed your order.

Customers from New Zealand can return their products at their own expense to the following address:

IMPORTANT: no exchange possible

We do not offer direct exchanges for products, so if you would like to order a different model or different size, please place a new order in our online shop. This is the fastest and easiest way for you to receive your desired products. Please note that we cannot subsequently apply any multi-order discounts to your new order.
